If your delivery address in not within the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. They are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We advise our customers to contact their local customs office for further information. You should also be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
AVAILABILITY & PRICES-
As all products are Hand-dyed/Handmade it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your order (this is a rare occurrence but is a possibility). Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.We try our absolute best to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, however discrepancies can occur. If an error is discovered in the price of goods ordered we will inform you A.S.A.P and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it & a full refund will be issued.
VALIDITY-
By ordering from us you accept these terms and conditions. These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
ORDERS-
When you have completed your order, you will be sent an email confirmation. It will state what the products are on the order, the total cost and Post & Package charges, with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, you will be contacted by us to explain the issue.
DATA PROTECTION-
We will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order.
PAYMENT-
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise a payment to us, your order will not be accepted by us and Nice Guy Apparel will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
RETURNS-
We offer a 14 day refund policy (from the delivery date) providing your purchase is returned unworn, with tags attached in its original packaging. We do not refund the cost of shipping nor return shipping. We do not accept returns for custom orders unless faulty. Any items returned by courier due to unpaid custom or duties fees will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping.
